If something arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
For other returns, items must be unused and in original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
